What is TranSort, in one sentence?
TranSort is fleet management software for Indian transport businesses. It puts bookings, duty slips, billing, GPS tracking, fuel, vehicle papers, workshop, spare parts, staff records, attendance and payroll into one system that works on any phone, in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Who owns and operates TranSort?
TranSort is a fleet management software product owned and operated by Yadnx Tech, an Udyam-registered Micro Enterprise based in Pune, Maharashtra. TranSort is the product and brand you use; Yadnx Tech is the legal business that bills your subscription and is responsible for the service.
Who is it for?
Indian transport businesses running staff-transport contracts, tourist or school buses, car hire and goods fleets. Plans have a five-vehicle billing minimum and scale to larger fleets. TranSort manages the operator’s own business; it is not a booking marketplace.
Do I have to buy new GPS devices?
TranSort uses devices connected to a supported tracker account. Confirm compatibility with the team before choosing a setup. Supported devices can be linked to your vehicle register; buying new hardware is not automatically required.
Will my drivers actually use it?
Drivers can use TranSort in a mobile browser, with separate driver and office access, large controls and screens in English, Hindi and Marathi. Selected trip-scan workflows can queue records on the phone and upload them when the connection returns. Not every feature works offline.
How long does it take to get started?
Signing up takes about two minutes and you are inside the app immediately. Loading your fleet depends on its size: a five-vehicle operator types them in inside ten minutes; a hundred-vehicle fleet uses our Excel template and uploads it; for several hundred vehicles we do it with you on a call, and that is free on the yearly plan.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Paid subscriptions have a seven-day payment grace period before new entries stop. After 16 days of read-only access, sign-in is limited to account owners. Owners can still view available records and download reports, subject to their plan and ordinary retention rules. Trial accounts become read-only when the trial ends.
Is my data private, and where is it kept?
Access is controlled by account roles and permissions, and sensitive identity numbers are masked. AI-assisted features send submitted photos, documents or voice recordings to Google Gemini for processing. Staff identity-document photos are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; extracted details remain. Contact support@transort.in for current hosting, retention and product privacy details.
Can I control what each employee can see?
Yes, in detail. There are seven ready-made roles from Owner to Driver, and you tick exactly what each may do — the app then rebuilds itself for that person, menus and buttons included. You can also grant or withdraw a single permission for one individual. A supervisor automatically sees only his own drivers.
What does TranSort cost?
Essentials for one business starts at ₹199 per vehicle/month or ₹2,268/year for 1–100 vehicles. Above 100 vehicles, every vehicle costs ₹199/month or ₹2,268/year. Both businesses cost ₹249/month or ₹2,988/year per vehicle at any fleet size. Minimum 5 vehicles; No GST added. Staff are never charged per head. Complete is quoted separately.
